Prep Cook

Prep Cook Job Responsibilities Include: • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) • Answer, report, and follow chef’s instructions • Clean up station and store and organize leftover product • Stock inventory appropriately • Ensure that the product comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion •Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards •Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Prep Cook Job Requirements and Skills Include: • 1 year experience • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks • Advanced knife skills • Advanced in meat fabrication VERY IMPORTANT • Works fast-paced and efficiently • Passionate about producing accurate product • Has food safety knowledge • Clean, attentive, respectful • Great communication skills • Positive attitude • Detail oriented • Open to learning
